No-Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bars
Ingredients:
- 4 cups mini pretzels (whole or lightly crushed)
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp sea salt (plus more for topping)
- 1 ½ – 2 cups chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, or dark)
Instructions:
1. Prep the Pan
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray or butter it.
- Spread half of the pretzels evenly over the bottom.
